  Dr. Welton, This long overdue letter is to thank you for truly changing my life. After the surgery, I started pushing myself to use both hips regularly through mountain biking and swimming. I began to get real strength and mobility back and the pain went away. Since then, I have climbed Mt. Adams, Mt. Baker, Mt. St. Helens, and now Mt. Rainier all with little to no hip pain.
  
  I could not have done any of this if it wasn’t for you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for giving me my active life back!

• Dr. Welton is very kind. She is very knowledgeable about all hip disorders, preventative hip arthroscopy and PRP injections.
