Dr. Welton - It's been one year since you performed surgery on the labral tear on my hip. I have 99% function and everything keeps improving. I went from daily pain and really limited activities, to being able to do everything (and more than before, in fact)! I can keep up with my almost 2 year old, doing rigorous workouts daily, going out dancing in high heels again. I really feel like I have a new lease on life and want to do everything and see how far my hip takes me! I even started snowshoeing and weekly cold plunging in the Puget Sound.

Dr. Welton is very kind. She is very knowledgeable about all hip disorders, preventative hip arthroscopy and PRP injections. She went over all my options and that is helping me make a good choice on what treatment I will opt for. I trust her judgement. I highly recommend her as an Orthopaedic surgeon.
